Outlet centres are run by a small number of groups. 63 of the 68 centres in this directory could be traced to an operator against a primary source: the operator's own portfolio page, the domain the centre's website runs on, or a filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Checked on 2026-08-06.
Operator means the group that runs and brands the centre, which is not always the owner. Ownership is layered through joint ventures, and a minority stake in a centre does not make a company its operator.
